Return Policy
You may return books for refund or replacement within 20 days of the shipment date. For return instructions please contact us at orders@inthearmsofmary.org or use our "Contact Us" page. All returns require a return authorization number we assign to each request. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the return authorization slip provided to you.
You can obtain a return authorization number by emailing us at orders@inthearmsofmary.org. Please indicate the reason for the return. We will send you a return authorization slip and return instructions via email to you within 48 hours. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Note: All poster, card and t-shirt sales are final. We do not accept returns on these items. If you have a problem please contact us and will do everything possible to help.
